You can do guided meditation when you are sleeping; this is the best time to meditate. Since you are in a drowsy state it’s easier to meditate. And meditation will help you recover the sleep you still feel like you need more.

Sitting somewhere does not mean you need to use your mobile and scroll through social media. Yes, you will feel tempted to grab your phone and sit but you have overcome this temptation.

Once you are fully awake normal tasks will be easy to complete and help you set for the day.

Brushing your teeth is always been a habit we developed over years of practice. And yes dental care is so important that you should never skip any step from floss to mouth wash you need to do it.

Now that you are near your sink why not do little bit of skincare?

And then follow up the holy trinity of skincare which is cleansing, moisturizing and sunscreen.

Many people skip the last step because most of the time we spend our days indoors or look there is no sun out there so why we need to wear a sunscreen?
